I'm curious about the training options on the barrows weapons. I know that the war-spear is the same as a normal spear and I own an ahrim's staff. What stats can the others train?

Dharoks axe has two strength options, one defence and one attack.

 

Erm, Hammers is the same i think.

 

Spear is 3 controlled, one defence.

 

Staff is mage.

 

Bow is like the same as MSB. Acc, Fast, Fast, Long

What does the flail have?

Accurate (attack exp), Aggressive (strength exp), Controlled (all exp) and Defensive (defence exp).
