I was wondering when I should start to cut yews for experience..

just if you want GREAT exp and NO money do willows..

if you want GOOD exp and GREAT money do yews :shock:

I'm 86 wc and yews are still really slow...so unless they become a lot faster at 90, I'd stick with the willows.

I might do yews now.

Also i hate willows the trees get cut down too fast

I highly recommend yews, way better to train on than willows IMO.

 

You might be sacrificing a bit of exp per hour but you get a good amount of money with it.

 

 

 

I personally went from 60-99 with them basically all f2p (I was a member from 88-90) and it was well worth it. Less clicking, more money, still pretty good exp...

 

 

 

I would say 85 or 90+ is a good lvl to cut them with so your all good :D

i think its like anywhere from 10-20k exp less but i havent calculated recently so im not sure

Willows at Barb outpost. Thats where the exp is at. Just run into the outpost and bank em in the deposit box.

Once you have 99 woodcutting doesn't mean you have to stop cutting. You can still cut yews after 99 for money.

 

 

 

If you don't want to wait for 99 then you should go at like 95.

 

 

 

From 95-99 it is 24,360 yews. Granted they are 300-350ea you make anywhere from 7.3m(7,308,000 @ 300ea) to 8.5m (8,526,000 @ 350ea) Which is still a good chunk of money. Then once you hit 99 you can do yews or magics or whatever your heart desires.

I want to cut yews because I dont know what to do wit willows, theyre hardly a profit. And I dont want to burn them because i dont like doing fm.
