Bad idea.....close.

Um, how long does bidding last? Is there an auto buy? How many items could up for auction? How many items could be in the auction house for all items combined? Would anything besides Gp be accepted? Why between Port Sarim and Draynor(No way to get there besides walking)? Lots of crap will be auctioned, bronze scimmies, etc, so all the items that could be auctioned could total over 1k per house. Why only F2P? Lots of work to be done...

Thanks for the post, i just made a quick draft and got it up for suggestions. I plan to add all of that in.

Sorry, but...this is not allowed on the RSOF, thus nullifying the chance of this in the game.

its not really a bad idea and would be a good thing to have. that way you wouldnt have to spend hours selling things

~So, essentially, this is like a Forums Auction, without the Forums? That's what the Forums are: are place to buy, sell, trade, haggle, and discuss Items with other Players. Having this wouldn't help, Forums are so much easier to use, seeing as you can access them anywhere (rather than in some remote place like Port Sarim.)~

Player 1 has a Purple Party Hat that he wants on his other account.

 

Player 2 is Player 1's second account.

 

Player 1 sets the Auction Time for 45 seconds in a remote World at 2am. He then switches to his other account.

 

Player 2 "buys" the Hat for 3 Gp.

 

Player 1 successfully drop-trades his Hat, through your Auction System.

Well, I see where the drop trade thing comes from. This would be a disaster if that were to happen.
