i was wondering if the cannon uses my ranged bonus or not?

 

also i was wondering about how hard i could hit with lvl 70 ranged?

Bonus will never affect your cannon hits, only you're range level will affect how often you hit. Your max with cannon will ALWAYS be 30, be your range level 99 or 40, however sometimes it fires multiple shots at one enemy, depending where they stand.
