Every time I try to go on a specific site, it says that.

Now don't say this is a site problem, because it's been like this for 2 weeks now.

My friends/other computers can get onto this site. my mine can't, wtf is going on?

Have you tried in another internet browser?

Have you tried disabling your firewall and see if you can get on? Make sure you re-enable it afterwards.

Greenboy1134, looks to me like some virus has [bleep]-ed your TCP/IP stack to hell. Use a computer that can get on the net (unlike yours), and download NOD32 from http://www.eset.com, and unleash it on your computer, which is unable to go on the net at the moment.

Hope and pray that it can clean the virus out without any updates. It should be able to, from what I've heard, even if the virus is new ... but in the event that the virus is completely new even with the installed definitions, you may be looking at a format and rebuild of your computer, depending on the virus's severity level. :?

I'll admit, I've had the luck of stopping viruses before they can actually infect the PCs that I use. However, NOD32 is capable of killing viruses that are present even before you install NOD32, as I found out the hard way, and liked, so I'm hoping it can do the same for you, if this problem is due to a virus. ::'

Good luck, Greenboy1134, and let us know in this thread how it turns out.

BTW, if NOD32 does manage to get you back up and running, and you decide to stick with it, I should warn you that it is not totally free. The update features, unless you buy and renew a valid license to keep the update features unlocked, will disable after 30 days, and until you get a valid license. Thankfully, though, it does not cost that much to keep the update features enabled. (In fact, it is actually less costly than Norton or much any other.) Don't worry, though. If the update features disable for any reason, it won't take the rest of the product with it. AntiVirus Protection systems WILL remain running, both locally and for internet use.
