Slow loading (Not normal speed)

Well I have a "2Mbit cable" and a couple of days ago everything went slower:

Runescape lags

Other internet games lag

Used to be able to load Youtube movies without waiting for it...(watching while loading)

Same for other various video sites.

The funny thing is that we did not change anything like connection speed/computer/cables/etc.

If anyone could help me find an answer for this it would be helpful.

First of all, try hooking another computer on to the line and testing it's speed. That will help you determine if it's the computer or the cable. In addition, go to speedtest.net and take the speed test there, and post the screenshot here.

Same happened to the other computers.

Well that's definitely slower than what your supposed to be getting.

Try resetting your modem and your router. Unplug them and wait a couple of minutes then plug them back in, don't use the reset switch (if they have one).

Edit: reminds me I unplug them every night.

you unplug your router every night? why?

Just like what blade said, your internet connection is running around 10x slower then it should be. Call your cable company and ask them about it, as it's most likley their problem.

Why I unplug them every night? well it's because I unplug everything else I don't use when I'm going to bed (not everything, a couple of things just)

I made a new test after getting the "bs" "there were no problems answer" when i called the company.
