I recorded my exp in the highscores and the next day it had changed meaning some cheating little @#$% hacked me! Anyway i know my recoverys but he would of changed them... i know some previous passwords and maybe i can find a old members subscription password. I tryed doing my recoverys but... i dont know how lol, can someone tell me how? it doesnt come up with the question that i put in... Is there anyway for me to prove my self the ower of that account? The account is called Mutley btw.. about 109 combat, 99 fletching... so yea i dont want to loss account. The only thing I could advise you to do is to give as much detail when changing passwords, and when it does not work send a tracker so Jagex can look more closely into your account. Packer15 Posted November 6, 2007 Share Posted November 6, 2007 Yeah you can do pretty much what he said, and just make sure you provide as early of information as possible, they really stress that. Also make sure to remember the tracking id. If you really want some info check out the knowledge base on the main page, its packed with account recovery stuff.
