Well guys, I've been working on various tee shirt designs for a tee shirt competition, and this is what I've come up with. Any advice is welcome. :)

well its the 1st time i have seen this on the media boards so nice work :) its not bad however is that just a cut and paste job? oh and with the site of a lil bit of cropping?...

No no no, not cut and paste. The spaceshuttle, moon, and astronaut started off as photographs, and I spent a good chunk of time vectoring them and making sure I only used three colors. I probably spent a total of 6 hours on this.

well in that case its nice :) so you get that 7-8/10 :) nice color selection too i think :)

err the "vector" look likes the cutout tool in photoshop. if u did vector it then it is EXTREMLY blurry and bad..

I think it does look like a vector.... and its v nice i like it

It looks like cutout filter and selective colouring...? The filter does make it somewhat of a vector (not a great one), but I can't see how it took you 6 hours... :|

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The t-shirt colour doesn't work with the images (blue space?) and the whole shirt itself seems a bit plain. The guy is too far down in the corner of the shirt, try moving him up more.

 

 

 

Also, a subtle background (that just covers the area near the focal point) and possibly some text would be nice (if you do add text, I'd suggest to change the title to something more fitting for a space-related company, eg; NASA)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Did you draw the shirt yourself, or is it a template off a site?

six hours? You sure have a slow computer rendering the "cutout" filter.. :wink: :roll:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The same astronaut twice on the shirt? I don't quite get the picture... What is on the shirt and what is not?
