well i have a bunch of money now from my birthday and i want to expand my stock portfolio :D jw if anyone knew anything about good, reliable companies that are expected to grow in the future.
Sorry to tell you but there is no such thing as a reliable growth. Stocks are about risks. The higher the risk the higher the return. Or loss. Just do research on companies and keep watch. Try to start off with lower priced ones. My parents bought stocks in many companies, about ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã10000 worth, they just sold them for ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã200000 to pay for a new flat. If you make good decisions there is a lot of money in it.

HII Under the TSI is an amazing company. I know the owner of the company, and he is an absolute genius. Whenever I can spare some money, I'm buying HII stocks :)

Note: I'm not responsible if you lose your money due to investing in HII or any other company :)

on the contrary stocks are very reliable long term, 10,000$ invested 10 years ago in 95% of big name american stocks would be worth far more, sometimes as much as 6000% today.

exept of corse, world com, Enron, incert one of the 100's of scam companies here, internet companies.
