the guest pass for WoW is actually 10 days, and i used it on myself (so selfish i know) to get 40 free days :twisted: maybe i should have given it to one of my reluctant friends who would then drool over it

everyone is right. WoW is the next gen rpg. the only downsides are the necessity for better graphics cards/ramk/etc. and the 15$ a month. if you buy 6 months then its 2$ cheaper per month. you won't regret buying the game, unless you regret how much you become absorbed in the fascinating world of it :D

gameshark screwed up my gameboy. it wasn't very good quality, and tampered with some gaming code it wasn't supposed to i guess.

I guess that explains how 30K students in my area managed to express their personalities perfectly fine, despite having to wear a uniform every year for 12 years :-? I wasn't aware that clothing > behaviour in expressing personality. Care to enlighten me on how that is so since I can't see any logical reasoning behind it. sigh :? you can obviously still act the way you want to, and i never said that you couldnt or that clothing was greater than behavior. you can express your personality even with a uniform, but it gives you less of a chance, hence depriving of some individuality.

i didn't mean wearing the uniform, but rather taking away the privilege of expressing your personality by wearing your desired clothing.

hehe, i used to be a nintendo fanboy but i realized that pc and other systems are greater. all nintendo has now are its famous series, like legend of zelda, mario, etc. i predict nintendo will be out of the console wars after the 3rd gen comes out, due to money and lack of 3rd party support.

i despise school uniforms... they suppress individuality and uniqueness and are boring. maybe for the private schools where everything has to look rich and perfect, but seriously, i have never heard of someone being made fun of because of their clothes. its almost always another reason, like weight, sexuality, social status, etc. after all, its not whats on the outside that counts :wink: if you are going to require uniforms, why not require no expensive jewelry, same shoes, socks, haircuts, backpacks, etc. starting to sound like communism.

Not to rain on your parade or anything, but a select few can lick their elbows, and they generally send in a picture to The Guiness Book of World Records :D (probably something like .01% of people)

i havent ever played guild wars, but wow has new updates constantly on the horizon, the current one is going to be very fun, sort of a capture the flag minigame. they are also churning out new dungeons with monsters, items, rewards, etc that put an emphasis on team work. some have to have a raid (40 people) to be able to beat it. if you are going for pvp only then guildwars might be better from what i've heard, but wow is an overall superior experience rpg'ing.
