Look up the prices of both potions and materials and calculate how much you lose?

Um, prayer restore pots, good - fast - easy supplies and PROFIT :D

i think it varies, thought about 54->63 super str since they sell easily..

 

i have supplies for 44 strs already ^^

 

but the 50->53 (79 fish pots atleast :-w )
