Because for luring, you just want to kill people and maybe get some *good* loot out of it. Backstabbing is kinda the same, but more like if you were with a friend/clan. I don't consider it backstabbing if you just teamed with someone you just met, since if he already had bad intentions toward you, it can't be helped. I agree with what KnightElzar said about luring.
