edit:Now i have a new problem, when i try to dial the number they give me in which to obtain a pin, I get a recording from verizon wireless saying that the number has been diconected or changed.

Quite sure pay-by-phone has to be from a landline. Try Paying by sms instead, isn't much extra.

Cell phones pay for $9.99 a month, using standard text message. It only works with some service prividers, I'm not sure if it works with Verizon, check the Knowledge Base. :?

OK im still haveing prolems, Whn i call the number(1900-787-3326) It says the number cannot be called or something.

It means your wireless provider doesn't let you do 1-900 calls.

 

 

 

This page on the Jagex site shows which providers you can use for PayBySMS. Some are for the UK; some for USA. Elsewhere, you are SOL.

 

 

 

If you are trying to use PayByPhone, they say it will work on some mobile phone providers but you have to be able to dial premium services to use it (1-900). Here is the page for PayByPhone.
