November 11, 200718 yr uhhh i have heard of doing it b4 but not exactly sure what i do to train with curse so i dont have to stop...like it misses everytime....what do i have to wear, atk, etc... thanks for any help

November 11, 200718 yr Wear a mud staff with a set of metal armour. Basically you want to get your mage attack as low as possible. Either curse low levels like men, or something behind a cage.

The thing about that is, the higher the level of armor. The more mage attack it has, so iron armor is significantly greater than rune.
