Sorry, but I don't really get what you're saying. None of them have drops and I'm pretty sure I still get the same hp exp?

Rock crabs:

They have drops

3.85 Combat to Hitpoints ratio (Hp = 50 Cb = 13)

Experiments

No drops

4 Combat to Hitpoints ratio (Hp = 100 Cb = 20)

Personally I'd stick with rock crabs just for the sole fact that they drop items.

If you're collecting in game "hyt's" send me a message here or in game :D

i dont think the drops are worth picking up most of the time so i would go to experiments

Take a look here

Cash is stackable therefore could add up with long term training

Runes/Arrows are stackable, same as above

And there's the very small chance of having either a half key drop or even if you're extremely lucky, a dragon half shield drop.

I guess you're entitled to your preference.

Best of luck in whatever you choose panthers4091

ok thanks a bunch guys, I think I'll go with rock crabs until I get bored with them that way I can get un-bored training at a new place.
