November 12, 200718 yr Wily and Lazy Cats On completion of the Rat Catchers Quest you are able to talk to Felkrash in the Port Sarim Rat Pits and turn your overgrown cat into a Wily cat. A Wily cat has heightened abilities but also requires more effort on your part. Your Wily cat will require more exercise than normal: chasing butterflies, rats or Kalphite larvae. If you don't exercise your cat it will turn into a Lazy cat. To change it back to a Wily cat you will have to take it out and give it plenty of exercise.
