I need help on a pure

Hi guyz,

 

i have just started on a pure. i was thinking of either a range 2h pure, or a normal str pure. i know what i should get for most of the stats, expect for prayer. which pure to choose? should i get prayer or not? what should i wear in wildy if i do choose no prayer? with prayer i know u should wear monk robe but if u have no prayer?

There are too many range pures these days, so I would say make a range 2h to take those rangers out. Get no defence, yet get 43 prayer to protect from melee. Wear d vambraces and legs, and monk top, along with a coif. Use addy arrows. Ill post you a guide to training f2p range.

I would make a Rune Pure, they are fun and dont get boring.

Thanks a lot egarly waiting for that guide xd. i agree fighterman that i should get 44. also to RazorAce i AM NOT getting any defence in this pure at all. i have learnt my mistakes from my previous pures. i was just asking about the outfit and the prayer level.

no def

 

no pray (after 80+ cmb its ok, but not for lower lvls)

 

 

 

you should wear d hide chaps, vambs and monk top

 

gloves and normal boots (SoS ones are -1 range)

 

cape, and str ammy (maybe holy ammy when you get prayer)

 

and coif

actually i am planning it to be 80+ so that i could pk with my main =]. anyways when u say it is ok after 80+ cb, do u mean that after i get 80+ i add prayer or i add prayer if i am planning to be 80+? thanks a lot. only that although that -1 range doesnt SOS boots give more defence? is the less defence more worth it? or the minus range? also u cant expect me to wear gloves and d hide vambs can you?

He meant get it after 80+ combat, but that's a little high, even with 99 str, 99 range [40atk] and 94-99 hp, you'll be in the 70s. Personally I'd wait till 97 ranged (16s w/o pray) and 99 str till 44 pray, but it depends on how much training you can handle.

 

 

 

And yeah, use vambs instead of gloves... as for boots, I'd use leather, but that's me.

ok but i am not playing now. anyways that account is like only level 6 or something like that =]. i will probably play for about half hour 2mmrrw but i will only start playing seriously at the end of the month.

 

 

 

P.S.>A steel scimmy would be appeciated=] :D . i died th other day while runnnig through SoS.
