If you are talking about the forums, Help & Advice, Tech & Computers, etc. then I would disagree. Questions here are answered quickly and efficiently. tripsis Posted November 15, 2007 Share Posted November 15, 2007 We have a great 'question team' as it is: the users ;) If we had a specific staff for it, it would make regular users feel like it wasn't in their place to answer questions, when really they may be even more qualified to do so.
