is there safespots in taverly and is it crowded there?

there are safespots, but it is crowded most of the time, and they take forever to kill, so not the best place to go imo. but if you insist on killing blk demons id recommend the ones in edge dungeon (like lvl 3 wildy, but rarely anyone goes there and there are plenty of safespots)

I tend to melee pray and melee the ones not near the safe spots. Cost's me about 8 prayer pots per 100 but it's worth it for the slayer XP.

I not a huge fan of blk demons but you should definitely go to edgeville dungeon. It is in wildy but no one pks there. Great spot lots of demons and never crowded.

You have to be on task.

dont go edge dungeon, personally ive never seen taverly demons crowded, and i so dont go edge as ive seen what some people have pked from trainers there (full drag+)
