Well, its good, but theres a few things need to be changed up

 

 

 

first off, Get rid of the bar under the text

 

 

 

and, on the left side. looks like a REALLY BASIC smudge, with no scatter, no smoothness. no nothing. and it looks like a round brush.

 

Also, the wing on the left side is smudged :shame: :P

 

 

 

Other than that, looks alright

Yea I don't really have full control over my smudge settings since I'm using elements 5.0, but I was trying to play around to see if I could get it to work at all.

oh! i thought you had Cs or CS2 for some reason haha. if you were to get CS2 somehow :anxious: :-w i could teach you alot

This any better?

 

 

 

Try taking your smudged layers, and adding the "glass" filter to them. OR use the "liquify" tool, and mess it up then using the glass filter, but may i suggest copying the layers first, just incase it looks bad
