November 20, 200718 yr No reason not to start it, should only take around 20 minutes to unlock the Fairy Rings, which could save you hours later on when training skills.

November 21, 200718 yr definitely start it ...I started it just for access to rings ..have yet to finish the quest but have never looked back. Just the time it has saved me going to slayer dungeon was worth it.
