rock crabs, north of rellekka.

P2P: I would reccomend either rock crabs or experiments (requires quest *Creature of Freakenstein?*)

F2P: Minotaurs (Decent profit/range training from ludicrous amounts of iron/bronze arrows) or Flesh Crawlers (very few drops, but low dmg and are aggressive).

Flesh crawlers for low food, giant spiders for a lot of food, ice giants/warriors for good drops and big bones and moss giants for low food, but very competitive spawns.
