I haven't been on runescape much I couldn't help notice this prayer gives all the qualities of Super Strength/Defense/Attack but with defense 5% more and strength 3% more.

 

 

 

I guess my question is, how fast does it drain? Does it drain normally as protection prayers or a bit faster?

I think it's about the amount of 1.5 - 2 of these prayers.

I believe it is around twice as fast as the Protection prayers, if you have the same prayer level and prayer bonuses for each example.
