What is the fastest way to get from 95-99 attack?

 

 

 

I have a whip with full guthans, when i train i always use a d b axe or super str pots, I can buy dharoks but i prefer not too.

 

 

 

Also i have done all quests so i have like salve amulet and can access all areas.

Bandits from what i hear are good although slayer is more beneficial.

Bandits are mostly good for AFK; they are medium xp\hour with rubbish drops. Try under Ape Atoll Temple. With a salve ammy, you can hit the zombie monkeys underneath quite nicely. Beware of lag, though. Pest control might be ok xp, but after the update it's really not that great. Another suggestion would be Dharoks at monkey temple - 90k+ xp\hour there at your level.

i have low str, so with dharoks i really dont hit that high so would dharoking still be worth it?

If you have low strength, you will hit lower regardless of what attack you use. Dharoks is still proportionally better.
