Uhh I've got a problem.

 

 

 

When I use AVG to scan, when it comes up to this one file it always has a blue screen flash and restarts the computer. The file is:

 

 

 

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Works Shared\WkWfx.dll

 

 

 

When I used avast free antivirus this dll file came up too and it said it had an internal program error.

 

 

 

I want to know how I can fix this problem?

Sounds like a Blue Screen of Death.

 

 

 

Backup your pc and delete the file, if something screws up you can still restore it.

Just googled it, apparently its part of Vista/Works.

 

Can't say much more than that, sorry...

How do I delete it it's a dll file and I can search for it but then how can i delete it?
