I stupidly got some spyware :( whats a good anti spyware :?

You can start by reading the stickies.

Try reading the stickies. 2 good programs though are Spybot: Search and Destroy and Adaware.

 

 

 

AVG Antivirus can also pickup some trojans/spyware..but not as many as the other 2. I'd go with the above 2.

AVG is a virus scanner, it's completely different from the spyware scanners you posted above that. You should be running an active virus scanner on top of having anti-spyware.
