full_metal Posted November 25, 2007 Share Posted November 25, 2007 Well the best level would be straight 99's :mrgreen: . But practically speaking you can do with a 45-50 combat level. So about 40,45,40 (40ish hp). For your outfit i would wear full rune armor, subing rune chain in for platebody and anti dragon fire shield for kite/square. For the weapon i would recomend either a Rune Longsword on stab, or Rune Battle-Axe on bash (owing to the fact that i believe Dragons are strong against slash, thus making the Scimmy ineffective).
