After I visited the Grand Exchange for the first time, which I love by the way. I love the fair prices and it's very easy to find what you need. Anyway, I was walking to Edgeville, and I noticed that across the river Lum, North-East of the fly fishing spots, is a camp of lvl 32 Outlaws. Is this a hidden update?

They've been there for a while now I think, it was a hidden update.

It would have been a really nice place to train, IF they had given normal experience. At least last time I checked, they gave about 2-3xp for each kill...
