It's used to get into teh Phoenix gangs weapon room, which contains phoenix crossbows. Illicit_Fun Posted November 27, 2007 Share Posted November 27, 2007 EDIT: ^ Oooh he beat me to it. :P Examine it. :-$ "Phoenix Gang weapon store key; easy to get for Phoenix Gang members." That being south of Aubury's Rune Shop in Varrock. You use the key to get Phoenix Crossbows if you're in the Black Arm Gang in order to get half of the Shield of Arrav in the quest "Shield of Arrav".
