I'm not sure how to handle this one. It's like life runes (in rsc). They were available only by using a modified client, so it is possible to get them, however there is no in-game way of doing so.

 

 

 

(Yes, I know that you can get this with the normal client, but afaik, noone has been able to buy one yet)
