November 29, 200718 yr Author But interesting or furniture packages making in workshop give normal conctrution exp or only regular building of they in house, just if i build some furniture then remove then build again i waste a lot of money, then maybye i can build packages and sell it :) i not sure or somebody will buy oak furniture packages, but or somebody then tried to alch it & etc.. ;) If it's right then maybye i discovered new construction training and profit recovery chain... just need to check it.. November 29, 200718 yr Yes you can train construction by making flatpack furniture in your workshop. You get the same exp for making it. Whoever installs the flatpack gets nothing. I actually prefer this technique to oak larders. I find removing the larders slower than dropping the flatpacks (no market to sell, and minimal value to alch I'm afraid). The other advantages are you're not in building mode so you can drop the random's gifts, and you can use teak or mahogany planks (if you're rich)

November 29, 200718 yr According to tip.it database they alch for 6gp ea. I tried selling to general store for about 10gp ea. Best to stay in the house and drop, and send your butler out to get planks.
