recovery questions/recovering account

Featured Replies

ok i recently took a 3 month break and wen i'm back my password has changed and i'm one mining level higher (85). My password was my name and i guess someone i know figured that out but i cant find out who. Anyway my recovery questions are not the 5 i answered wen i set them so i'm not sure wats going on...maybe they were changed over the 3 months i was gone...anyway i have one of my mail in order subscriptions for members and i know alot of my prev passwords...anyone know anything helpful to get my account back or why the recovery questions might be different..any help would b greatly appreciated. thx

Your recovery questions are probably different because whoever hacked you changed them. However, there is a small chance of recovering the account by putting down your old passwords.

Also, never use something as easy to guess as your name for a password.

If you know the very first pass you ever used on the account then you can automatically recover the account...

That's all that is needed ::'

Best of luck

Not sure, but if you search account recovery in the knowledge base, it should tell you everything you need to know about recovering accounts

Put as you did not set.

Then your old billing info

Then your passes

Then submit :)
