That's right in the middle of the underground pass. there's no way to get to that spot above ground, its all underground tunnels there. You go through that area in the underground pass quest and also regicide.

 

 

 

If thats from clue coords, i'd check you entered them right because as far as i know, no clue goes to that spot.

to get to that spot yes.. but there's no way to know when you'd be at that spot because it's all underground. Why do you need to go to that spot? As i said, if it's for a treasure trail, recheck you got the coords right.
