Dbzruler72
I've had this error before & got rid of it, but I am getting it once more. The error message pops up when clicking Open or Save. I don't remember how I fixed the error last time, so I Googled the error but none of the fixes seem to work. I think it has to do something with the color format (RGB/CMYK). I'm using Adobe ImageReady 7.0 *-P.K.M-* Website

Cruiser
Still error-ing Impatient aren't you. Waiting more than 2 hours for a reply on a forum is generally a good idea. We don't hover like vultures 24/7 waiting for questions to answer... Googling around, several things come up. Have you tried just flat out uninstalling and reinstalling? Have you tried the registry fix that is suggested in some of the google results (removing the Save to Web registry key)?

My apologies. I saw 2 and 0 in both dates and apparently mixed it up. #-o Is this happening without any images open? With certain images or any random image? I've got multiple copies of Elements scattered around the house and my dad constantly uses CS2 and we've never run into an error like that. :? Dbzruler72
The error occurs when I have no image open. I start ImageReady>File>Open>"Error" Also, I can do this to get the error. Start ImageReady>New>OK>File>Open, Save, Save As..., Save Optimized, Saved Optimized As...,Update HTML, Place>"Error" *-P.K.M-* Website
Dbzruler72
The last time this happened, I believe it had to deal with a problem related to the colors (RGB/CMYK mode?). Whenever opening files now, it asks to convert, & that never happened before. Does anyone know how to reset this? *-P.K.M-* Website
Brandon_7
This is a rather common problem, it seems. Here's a Google search of your problem. I'm sure there's a suggestion to fix it somewhere in there.
Dbzruler72
I deleted the ImageReady preferences & fixed the problem. Thanks for everyone's help. *-P.K.M-* Website
