December 3, 200718 yr I'm not sure, but I wouldn't be surprised. 1) People who get the bars sell them for the cheapest price on the Grand Exchange. 2) Jagex notices that they are continually having to drop the Grand Exchange prices on these items. 3) Jagex gets concerned that such a high level bar is losing its worth so fast. 4) Jagex nerfs a few droppers to try an control the economy of Runescape. * Players who stocked these bars rather than selling make a tidy profit in a few weeks * It all seems plausible to me.
