In world 2 where is the best place to buy oak planks? Can't find anyone selling in Fally.

I'm sure some hardcore W2-ers are still clogging up the Varrock and/or Falador streets, hawking the wares in the hopes somebody will buy from them and looking for "deals".

 

 

 

I personally hate wasting precious skilling time so I prefer to do all my transactions on the Grand Exchange, now that it's released.
