Carbinedevil
Well in my opinion, f2p deserve little to no updates. Why? The game is FREE. Can you name any other completely FREE browser based games with as many features as RS? I dont think so. Without the FREE worlds and FREE players Runescape would crash. Domovoi
No, no and no. Sorry but f2p doesn't require those sort of updates. I'm f2p myself and JAGeX need to make money as well you know. Just common sense, be thankful of what you have. Domovoi123-Level 80 f2pNoxious 0ne-Level 46 f2p

Also, one doesn't have to 'click' on banners in order for them to generate money. It is called, "impressions" and they can go up to 5 cents each. There are two banners when playing. They circulate every 5 or so minutes. Do the math.
Dark_Tigra
Without the free servers, Jagex just wouldn't have to pay for your stupid servers. They can stick ad's on P2P servers if they really needed it, which they don't. I believe Andrew posted on Official forums that there are 200,000+ subscribers...I don't think they need your $10 a day from the dumb ad's... Free servers are essentially a DEMO of RuneScape. They're not the full version, thus, a demo. It's the way Jagex makes people buy members, because they want more. But some of you are insistant on mooching, then complaining about it. My God, just quit already. Go outside so I don't have to read this crap everyday. ...Maybe *I* should just go outside...There's an idea......Nah.. pubby
3) A postoffice Than we can send a letter to other players to ask them if they want to join my clan (united brotherhood). Then we can be spammed in RS too![/i]
gadien01
I've been a member until something happened and they lost my card info so i got booted and no it wasn't declined the info just got lost. Anyway, this is why i think they should add some stuff to the f2p. 1) new p2p quest have come out in groves and groves and groves since it was released. The first p2p quest i ever did was the witch and boys ball one then merilin and some other stuff. How would it hurt their bizness to let some of thoes ancient quest come to f2p. 2) when p2p first came out it had sound effects and f2p didn't. with the advent of rs2 everyone got music and sound. good. but nothing else was added to f2p except runecrafting. 3) fetching is a dumb skill anyways and they brought many of the different arrows to f2p within the last 2 months, may as well bring the skill over too it wouldn't change much except that it would add rune arrows. hmm nvm that would ruin the pk blance more and shift it to rangers futher, but who knows thats a problem within the system. maximus
I hate to say this... but f2p doesnt bring in much money at all... the adds dont even hold up f2p to what anderw said.... members is the only thing keeping up f2p basicly... so no new quests... no trails.... oh and please NO POST OFFICE i get 50 diferent ppl a day going "wanna buy a steel kite?" "can i have a few coins?" Long since retired.
