I'd have to say rock crabs or experiments.

 

 

 

Thats "old school" though, alot of people recently dont like training there because of its popularity. There are massive amounts of people at rock crabs but there arn't as many as you think at experiments.

 

 

 

If not then hill giants or mossies are probably a good option to train on :)

rock crabs or experiment are great for fast xp.
