December 6, 200718 yr No problem 8-) I just went to the Tip.it quest calculator: http://tip.it/runescape/?quest_calc and then plugged in 99 for all of the non-combat skills. Then, I went and quickly checked the rewards for the green quests and copied/pasted the quests that had no combat rewards :o [/bads]

They may be hard to complete, but they are possible... rings of recoil purple sweets sara brews (so you don't get 1 hit) cakes/pizzas strong friends to do most of the battling etc.... Really hard but still possible [/bads]

December 7, 200718 yr you get one hit in contact Not necessarily.. Runescape is very random Note, too, you can also use sara brews to raise max HP and prevent yourself from getting 1 hit... The OP wanted a list of quests that a skiller can start and complete without gaining combat experience or needing it to start/complete [/bads]
