Why cant i create poll?

I am following the FAQ guide:

 

How do I create a poll?

 

Creating a poll is easy -- when you post a new topic (or edit the first post of a topic, if you have permission) you should see a Add Poll form below the main posting box. If you cannot see this then you probably do not have rights to create polls.

 

 

 

But I cant find "Add Poll". What is the problem? If i dont have rights, how can i get the rights?

Only mods and admins are given rights to making official polls in topics. If you really want to make a poll PM a mod and ask, but don't ask them to make a poll about something utterly useless, like asking what people's favourate colour is in the gen forum, or somethign like that.

 

 

 

If you want, you can just ask people to post their opinions and make a sort of un-official poll where you add up all the posts and then edit your original post each time.
