Waving capes?

Featured Replies

Now, im a seasoned player... but how do I get a waving cape?

Or is it different, a emote or something? I was wondering for a while now and finally activated the account here so, would anyone mind answering my little question?

Don't worry I was confused about this for a period of time too. I even offered 10k to some guy for his black cape that was "waving" .
