December 14, 200718 yr Guard are the best, or if you are too high level for them, try Killing Giant Skeles at damis's lair (It's where i got my ranger boots ;) )
December 14, 200718 yr Guards (in every city) drop clues very often when I tried some. I did the Ardnouge guards. And got 5 clues a day. There not hard to kill, so try your luck on them. "We had gay burglars the other night. They broke in and rearranged the furniture."

December 14, 200718 yr btw, when you are ~90 cb go dagannoths, got on my 5th clue there, ranger boots, also got guthix cloak in those 5 VIX VIX VIX
