Solutions to Updates

I was thinking about the updates and though of some solutions that could help put stuff back to the way it was but still stop RWT.

 

 

 

-The trade limit being based on QP is not fair to skillers or people who dont like to quest. I have almost 200 QP but I can understand that its not fair for many people. I was thinking maybe integrate total level into the limit also.

 

 

 

- Loot share is being fixed so not much there.

 

 

 

- Duel limit increased past 3k. I can not believe they got rid of this altogether. It now cost more in supplies than you can win in a duel. Maybe the higher rank in the Arena you get the more you can stake.

 

 

 

- Revenants need some serious nerfing. I doubt any pker out there could have matched them. Plus they always seem to be in teams. I find it funny how they were meant to make the wild ummm well I would say maybe safer from dieing from pkers. But all they did is make the wild more dangerous and near impossible to do clues.

 

 

 

- With no more trading fish or ores to make the already tedious skills of fishing and mining faster I think there should be a drop x or maybe even drop all. It would only drop the type of item selected obviously.

 

 

 

- Now with the 3k limit(30k possible with all quest but still doesnt help much) herblore is a much much harder skill to trade. No longer can you trade bulk pots for the required items to effectively train. Now you will have to wait at the GE, buy all the items, make the pots, sell the pots, etc. Make it sort of like the assist system where you could make someones ingredients into pots in a large quantity. I dont believe you can do that now, not in notes. This also goes for smithing and such.

 

 

 

 

 

If you have any changes you would like to make or new suggestions I would appreciate your ideas.

about the duel arena staking idea...

 

 

 

I wonder why they don't just introduce balanced staking? ... Doesn't it make sense? Did they already rule that out somehow?

 

 

 

By balanced staking I mean just as it was implemented in the trade system. You can't stake more then 3k less or more then what the other player is staking. Thus those big hitters can stake their phat sets for phat sets etc.

Oh geeze. That is a really good idea. I'm surprised I didn't think about that. That makes a lot more sense then my idea. Although It could be abused by established players still.

Why? Because people can still lose on purpose. Although goldfarmers' ability to transfer millions is virtually gone, cheaters with advanced accounts and lots of money remain who could still exploit this.
