Umoria
Maybe train range first to 60 and then range them. Is there safespot in the Watchtower? Otherwise take the Taverly dungeon. Burry the bones. Take some sharks. Less iventory space. Hides is up to you. Everytime you killed 10 or something and take the hides you have to bank them. It's some money, but you have to walk alot then. "We had gay burglars the other night. They broke in and rearranged the furniture."
gun_hippy
You're gonna be there forever anyway so you may as well bank everything. Won't need pots. Won't need food if you do it right. Take a little and shield whilst you get used to it though. Learn the safespots. won't be remotely efficient, you're better off skipping or killing babies at your level, but whatev its alright cash. randy1009
You probably should get 60-70 range before you start killing them, at level 58 it's going to be rather slow. I'd recommend keeping the hides and bones as well, it's extra money, or you could use the bones for your own prayer. Either way it's better than just dumping them.
