Anatomy is really off...But its ok. I say, add more detail to arms and faces aren't round...unless you're a kirby <( -.- )>

i think it would be good if you simply drew the char really good (try finding a pic on the net, taking out the BG, and tracing the char and coloring it) then thats all that would be needed.

I've seen faces round like that. Apparently you haven't seen some of the people walking around crowded city streets. ;)
