I cant play runescape..HELP

After i select the world, the game start running like usual but then it staychecking for updates:

If some1 cant see the image, it stay saying "checking for updates - 10%"

 

 

 

 

 

Then, after waiting a lot, it go to an error page:

if some1 cant see the image, the error name is: Error_game_js5io - Io error.

 

 

 

I dont know what to do know, i already reboot my computer, i use another wolrd with different location and my firewall and my avg dont interfere with runescape download. Plz help :wall:

Try mozilla firefox if you are using IE, or try to scam your computer ::'

Try a diferent web browser, restart computer, reset internet conection if its wireless.

Alredy tryed in mozilla, i also scan my computer but still cant play.

 

I alredy do all things that are show in the error page.
