I'm an admin at work but we have an external firewall that i cannot seem to touch, I have admin rights including download, however the port settings on the firewall are set to not allow over port 80.. there has to be a way to bypass the firewall... suggestions?

That firewall was set that way for a reason I suggest you do not mess with it.

Did you even bother to read the tech faq on runescape.com? You need ports 43594 and 43595. Work is so named for a reason.

The external firewall is there for a reason. You are in work to um work. Thats what they pay you to do not play games all day. For shame.
