As in, I click on a link, and it consistantly has the little circle thing that shows its loading. 10 minutes later, it hasn't load.

Clear cache and restart the browser.

How do I do both of those?

restart your web browser. if taht does nto work use task manager and go to prograns, close the ones that have your username against them, not system ones or the computer will crash.

 

 

 

This should help but if not just restart your computer. if it still does not work then i am mystified.
