Well Hunting red chins is a great option and it's a fast money maker, I could suggest woodcutting because I made a lot off it but it's anything but fast and you would lose your mind. You could attempt Barrows, Bandos, or try getting a visage from black drags or metals (Not a good idea)...

Chins form 71-80 is tedious and not a great money maker - but once you get 5 traps the chins flow very fast.

 

You don̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t have high combat stats to do tons of Barrows runs cheaply, so either hope the drop gods are on your side by attempting to get a visage/godsword yourself - or plod on getting 99 hunter and get a gs then!
