Had a question about getting a draconic visage...!

Hey I was wondering if anyone could help me out here? I'm killing 1,000 steel dragons in hopes of getting myself a draconic visage... And I wanted to know if wearing a ring of wealth increases the chances of getting one or if it actually decreases your chances... lol. The reasoning behind this is that someone once told me that ring of wealth makes items that appear under the bones more common. I know that dragon legs appear on top so wouldn't that mean if you're getting more clue scrolls and herbs that you would have smaller chances in getting dragon legs or so? So I was hoping someone could clear this up for me because I'm not sure if visages appear on top of bones or under. And if I should wear my ring of wealth or not. Someone plz help!

Visages alch for like 600k so I think they spawn on top. And yes, Row does increase the chance

Ring of Wealth DOES help. It increase the chances of getting a better rare item, but not actually getting a rare drop.

oh ok thanx u guys that really cleared things up. i guess i'll wear my ring of wealth.

didn't really get to do much yesterday... but on 27th kill got some dragon platelegs =) which is way better than when i killed 200 when visage came out and all i got was d skirt... lol
